Would you like to learn how to design your farm business to improve its profitability and thereby increase the range of business and lifestyle choices available to you?

A Better Farm Business by Your Design, delivered in collaboration with the MacKillop Farm Management Group and presented by Chris Scheid of ProAdvice, will provide you with the skills and knowledge to strategically analyse your farm business performance and identify the most effective ways to grow your profitability.

How will the course achieve this for you?

Three separate 1-day workshops at the Naracoorte Town Hall:

  • Wednesday 14 September – profitability principles and work through a (real) case study business turning tax figures to management figures. You will be able to identify clearly what a business has to do to improve real profitability
  • Thursday 29 September – use your own tax figures to calculate real profitability for your business
  • Wednesday 19/Thursday 20 October (to be determined by participants) – use your own profitability figures in a board setting to work together on real changes you can make to improve your farm business

The cost is $250 per business – more than one person from each business can attend.
